Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full Payments are taken to confirm your booking.
Taxes and Paypal Charges are included in these prices and is the responsibility of the guests.
Travel insurance is mandatory. It should cover for all medical treatment, along with a trip cancellation insurance which covers the individual or company, in this case Escape Ritual, if a retreat is cancelled by either party. Proof of insurance will be required prior to participation.
A signed copy of the liability waiver form will be required prior to the retreat commencement..
If Escape Ritual cancels a retreat or booking, net total of money paid for retreat package will be refunded. However, Escape Ritual is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness.
Escape Ritual offers no refund of any kind for cancellation by guests.
Postponement of a retreat or change of booking to an alternative date is possible subject to availability, the cancellation policy applies If a guest cancels before 60 days to the first day of the retreat, 100% of their package will be credited to another retreat week at Escape Ritual within 6 months of their original booking. Guests can switch their retreat week date twice without penalty. Administrative charges may apply, henceforth.
All cancellations must be received via email.
A retreat reservation is fully transferable to another person over the age of 18 for the same date and package.
All package inclusions are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Any activities undertaken during your stay are at own risk and own responsibility not the responsibility of Escape Ritual or associated companies.
